Oh shit...is this crap happening again fandom(s)-wide?! I was hoping Who Fandom would be immune from this asshattery.

It was just brought to my attention this morning, so I'm not sure how wide-spread it is right now. This thing does seem to flare up every now-and-then. I'm just sad it effected people in this comm.

Of course. Thanks for letting me know it was happening. I've been there, and know how upsetting it is. The Pit is a terrible place when it comes to any sort of accountability.

What's more concerning is that most of the stories plagiarized weren't posted there. It hurts doubly to know that someone in the LJ community is doing this. I just wish FF.net will get the fire underneath of them and do something about it.

Some stories that were posted here were reposted by someone else on fanfic.net, claiming the stories as their own work.
