Thoughts:

• So now I can't do anything but listen to Andrew's Regina Spektor CD.
• For some reason when I purl, it doesn't look any different from when I knit. Problems!
• I didn't fall asleep until about 6 this morning, and I woke up at 12. I dreamed that my dorm room had wallpaper and was pretty.
• Sebastian makes a delicious tostada!
• I want to make a collage

Are you just purling on its own? If you are its right. It should look the same, a purl stitch is just a backwards knit stitch.

I have a mate who is 6'9 and is emotionally fragile...

Nah, I'm alternating it with knitting. I don't quite know what's going on (I'm not doing stockinette, I'm ribbing).
