I don't have anything that can fix your problem fast, but:

1) Get on food stamps, if you aren't already. I'm almost certain you'll qualify. There's no shame in it. I've been on them, several of our friends have been on them. An extra $200 per month for groceries is nothing to sneeze at, if you're struggling for rent.

2) Chrissakes, woman. I won't hear of you not eating. You're completely welcome any night to dinner at my place. Granted, the food will be nothing special, but fuck, I can spare a few cans of soup and an odd potato for a friend.
