Perhaps...for what it's worth, I find that I post more when I am happy/less occupied and post less when life has me jumping through hoops.

i am the opposite. when jumping through life's hoops my mind tends to become quite jumbled and in need of pressure release.

when in a relationship i am out and about enjoying time spent with the other person, not sitting at home moping in front of a computer screen. ;)

I'm like you where I use LJ more as a "venting"...er...vent. Though I go thru periods where I get tired of myself and just shut up.

Though I do have that new blog keeping me a little occupied at times.
