1. Sunny and I went on a date! We tried a Mexican place near the mall; the taste was amazing! So fresh! They had a salsa bar and the food felt really authentic and not fast food-like (it's a sit down place).
2. Chiropractor showed me a stretch for my sore outer thigh muscles (fascia I think). I could feel it work so I hope this helps (

Remember the yoga noodle? It is also awesome for working out those IT bands (outer thigh muscles) and SI bands (in ur butt). Hurts like mad, but really really really helps.
