Yep ... I read your post at add_a_writer and you seemed awesome. I love falling in love with characters, and so I'm going to add you. ^_^ Yay to other writers!
Thank you!! I've added you back. ^.^ And you seem awesome as well! I was looking at your journal and you appear to like edgar allan poe, if so, I really like him as well!
Thanks for the add. ^_^ I just visited your profile page and was like OMG! POE! My first major reward for NaNo was a leather bound book containing all his poems and short stories. I am super excited bout it. I haven't been able to read it yet though. I don't know too many of his works aside from the more popular ones, so I can't wait to be able to delve into the book. So as of right now, my favorite is still The Raven, hence the title of my journal and all that.
I also have a book of all of his works, but like you, I haven't been able to read as many of them as I'd like, but I'm definitely going to work on it :]
One of the pieces I really liked is a short story named Eleonora (where I got the idea for my user name/the excerpt in the bio from my user info)
It's this nice little short story that really stuck with me for some reason - I think it might have to do with how it talks about dreaming by day and the great mystery of it all.
The Raven really is a great piece, though. It's one of those poems that you can read over and over again and half hope to look up and see a raven at your window :]

It really is one that you can read over and over. Ravens are among one of my favorite birds, so I wish I could find one at my window.
So, random-esk note, there's a band I like called Creature Feature. You should read the lyrics to Buried Alive (http://www.sweetslyrics.com/460301.Creature%20Feature%20-%20Buried%20Alive%20Lyrics.html). They're based off Edgar Allen Poe stories (which is where I got the saying for my blog at). OK, so you don't really have to. That's cool too. :]

Especially this verse;
"I Forever Dream Within A Dream
Of A Certain City In The Sea
As I Walk The Valley Of Unrest
Behind This Mask Of Crimson Death"
very nice imagery ^^ thanks for sending me the link :]
And I really like ravens, if one appeared at my window, I'd definitely let them in:)

If you read anything I'd definitely be grateful =]
I'm planning on switching over to a new journal in a few days, so I'll add you there when I set it up as well!
