River was my first thought--either a River who's never met the Doctor or one who's forced to do it for timey-wimey continuity-preserving universe-saving reasons. Which made me think the girl in the spacesuit at the end was baby River. But then I remembered the holograms from The Lodger that lure people in by calling for help, and now I'm more inclined to think the little girl is one of them. Which would mean the person in the spacesuit by the lake is... no idea.
