it's been pretty rough the last couple days, 10 to 14 footers. We even got a weather message that we normally get every 12 or so hours, forecast style...and it said at the bottom "reccomend you steam east to more protected waters ( Read more... )

Hey dude - you know anyone going to Yorktown any time soon? My new car demands the one bumper sticker I can't find anywhere - but I know Yorktown has it. Yours - the "Support SAR, Get Lost."

Though, I did find one online that's pretty good - "Coast Guard Search and Rescue - Fighting Darwin Every Step of the Way."

hey just go to AVC school and get it there.

Also, maybe it's cause im comming off 7 hours of watch 21-0400...but I don't get the darwin one...
