Funny, Jasper and Daphne are really common here. Noa too actually.

I adore Linnea. As a taxonomy freak with a mother whose name is Lynn, it is a name I've defintely considered. Unfortunately the boy is none to excited about it.

I've seen lists of the name rankings in Holland and I really like the popular style there a lot. Lots of short, sassy, uncomplicated names. :)

I like them too, though I will try and choose a name that's not too common.

I just checked out of curiosity what the rankings are now and Noa is 8th for girls and Jasper 20th for boys. http://www.svb.nl/internet/nl/regelingen/kinderbijslag/kindernamen/index.jsp

Unfortunately I also see that Ruben and Thijs, which were two of my top choices for a boy are 5th and 6th respectively. Oh well.

I love Cedric and Jasper. I think Cedric was on my list for Wesley.. I'm not sure though. And I named my camera Jasper, haha!

I love Cedric. I really would like either Cedric or Tavish if I had a son. Cedric has been on my list forever though. It's my oldest favorite I think.
