Miserable. Though I don't think I have a fever anymore, and my throat isn't so sore. It's mostly just the sinus pressure that is killing me now. I feel like my head is going to explode.

I hope you feel better soon Jen. I had one of those loverly summer head colds last week and it was too much fun. I wish I had a good sinus-pressure reliever to offer you, but I've yet to find one that really works without making you feel like you're on drugs. :P

Lil and I are about to go out grocery shopping and while we're at the store I think we'll get a couple of DVD's to watch. Good idea for a lazy Sunday. :)

Thanks. There's something about summer colds, they always seem to be the worst ones. I think only the really intense cold viruses can survive the summer months or something.

Yeah, I don't take cold medicine. Advil is really the most serious drug I take.

What movies did you get?

I don't know if it works for sinus pain from colds, but I've had luck using an ice pack for regular sinus pain. This page says to use the ice for 20 minutes.

Huh. I never would've thought. It's not something that sounds particularly nice to me, but who knows.

I hope the sinus pressure goes away soon, that's always the part I hate most about being sick.
