Hmm, you seem light and free, yet at the same time flammable. I want to say Hydrogen, mainly because it's the only gas I know that is like that, so I'll go with that. Although I do see a bit of Mercury too (hehe, don't really ask, I got voted as that and I see a lot of the same traits)

Hydrogen. You described yourself as social; hydrogen is found all over the place and can combine with multiple elements. It's the lightest gas, which fits your free-spirited personality. It can also be dangerous (fire risk), which fits your temper and negative traits.
