My first thought was Water, somehow. I think it was your creativity, empathy, and emotional tendencies in combination with intelligence and your tendency to "destroy things". And your desire to change your form any way you want--that reminds me of the fluidity of water.

Water. I think water can always be cheerful but can destroy things at the same time. Plus, changing form is very much the element of water.
