I keep thinking there is some significance to the flash part of element flash. Are there guidelines for the challenges? I'm new, I'm a little lost, but I'm willing and ready to write.

I have no idea where the "flash" part comes from; I didn't create/name this comm.

Guidelines are in our user profile. Don't worry, we're a very loose operation here! There are no really strict rules... just write what you want! ;)

It's short for flash fic, I'd imagine. (There are other prompt/challenge comms with similar names - fan_flashworks, for instance.)

Yes, it seems to be weird at the moment. I think it's all the Avengers stuff, which seems a little crazy.
