It's not Parasite Eve even in spirit, but I get what you mean. That image has actually been around for a while, it was part of one of the first videos I believe, so you might have seen it before.

The clothing damage is all part of the dev team turning her into the star of a borderline hentai game because they were desperate to sell the game and thought "Hey, sex sells, let's put it where it doesn't belong!"
