-Holy crap! Minerva found her turtle. I'm annoyed because I didn't see where she found it at and it's been missing for months! I can only assume she's known where it's been all along but I looked every where and I couldn't find the damn thing. She's been carrying it around and talking to it all morning ( Read more... )

NINE MB?! Of teeny tiny icons?! ...no, that's not excessive at all. *glances from side to side*

And Sex and the City should in no way be on that list. Of course, I also don't think that Star Trek should get to take up multiple spots just for various incarnations, so clearly no one consulted me in writing this.

It pains me that you don't like Seinfeld. I've seen every episode several times, and still laugh.

I know! I just have a habit of saving any icon I come across that I really like even if I have no plans to replace any of the icons I have in use. It's an illness!

Oh yeah, I like almost all incarnations of Star Trek, but they aren't all great.

I just have never been able to get into that show. I've watched episodes here and there and have even seen the finale several times and after every episode I see I feel no desire to watch another episode.

I saved more than 3800 icons last year alone. (I made a couple hundred or so of them, the others were all found in communities.) So...yeah. They're all stashed in a photobucket account, just in case I need them.

This is me, helping you feel better about your icon problem by revealing how much greater mine is.

Hee! Now I don't feel so bad. I'd upload them to photobucket but I'm really lazy so they're just on my harddrive.

I use Flock to upload my monthly batches. I think I initially downloaded it because I so hate installing mood themes. Anyway, it rocks.

I spent the first several years of my LJ experience kicking myself for not saving this icon or that icon and then not being able to find them later on. Now I just save save save.

I will have to check out Flock. Photobucket has that bulk uploader but 9 times out of 10 it freezes Firefox.

I spent the first several years of my LJ experience kicking myself for not saving this icon or that icon and then not being able to find them later on.

Exactly! I'd rather have the option available to me even if it means have 100s of icons I don't use.

I have so many icons saved that I just burn them to discs or upload them onto my photobucket account. I have so many they would eat up all my memory otherwise. which is amazing considering how small they are ( ... )

I'm glad I'm not the only one with an icon addiction. I also have an embarrassing wallpaper addiction.

Family Guy is one of those shows I can only watch in small doses like I Love Lucy or Gilligan's Island. It's also a very college show in that I mostly watched it with a group of people.

I didn't even realize they put Frasier on there and not Cheers. That's criminal. Cheers is so much better than Frasier ever hoped to be. On a whole the cast of Cheers was just better.

I love Firefly but I think half the reason it has the reputation it does is because it didn't last more than a season.

I just don't find Family Guy funny. and it isn't one of those cases of not getting the humor, I see why it is supposed to be funny, I just don't find it to be so.

agreed about Cheers versus Frasier and I loved a lot of Frasier. I think Frasier gets higher points sometimes because it went so far into the realm of drama. it is kind of like how Scrubs has gone, I don't find Scrubs often very funny anymore but I still enjoy the drama and want to find out about how the characters turn out in the end. it was the same thing with Frasier, while Cheers on the other hand was pretty hilarious to the end. yes the characters remained more or less the same the whole time, but it was supposed to be a sitcom, not a drama!

I totally agree about Firefly, I would maybe put it in the top fifty shows, if it had gotten more seasons and had a chance to grow, or if it had been intended for just one season and the arc had been complete. I enjoyed Serenity but I think it is overrated a bit, at least by fans. I think it was a solid movie but not all that

Family Guy is mostly funny because of Stewie and Brian. The rest of the characters are pretty lame. At least I like it because of Stewie and Brian. But I still think Futurama is the better show.

I could've lived without Serenity because at least with just one season I know that Wash is still alive! Serenity just gave Joss the chance to do what he does best: kill off my favorite character for no good goddamn reason.
