Soon enough, the albino's eyelids started to open; pleased with the decent amount of sleep he acquired without being interrupted by nightmares. He had almost forgotten that he had a tail and two ears, which flickered about.
He blinked once and then again. Just what was he looking at? It looked like skin, but he wasn't sure; his mind still waking up. So, he tilted his head to look around.
This wasn't his room... Most importantly, where were his clothes?!
Haine looked so peaceful sleeping, Bryn thought it was a shame when his eyes began to open. Already, Haine seemed concerned, and she could almost see him lose that restful feeling as his eyes looked around the room.
She moved her fingertips to the dog ear, stroking up its length just once before speaking.
"Good morning," she murmured, letting her lips curve into a small smile. "Or good evening, I should say. It's past two in the morning..."
Instantly, those red eyes darted back to Bryn; his dog ears folding back. Unable to speak due to the sheer amount of surprise and shock that took over his features.
It happened AGAIN. What was with this woman and him being in the same bed?
As her fingertips reached the tip of his white ear, she shifted them down behind it and scratched it for a bit. Her fingers still felt cramped but perhaps what she was doing would bit soothing.
She hoped it was, because he looked like he'd been hit over the head with something heavy. Her ears twitched a couple times in annoyance.
"I can only guess from your expression that you don't remember last night this time either..."
When she reached for his ear again, the albino swatted it away.
"Tch, don't touch me." He growled, moving back a little.
Did she really take advantage of him or did he willingly go along? He didn't know, couldn't remember. Although, a voice inside his head gladly informed him, cackling the whole way.
