Characters: Christine, Raoul and open Location: Decks 5 and 6 Date: 10/27/10 (and we'll pretend it hasn't been 10 days since her abduction, lol) Rating: PG-13 (cause it's a good, safe rating)
[Raoul kept a constant lookout for messages from Erik's comm, not caring who they came from. There was nothing, so his only method of finding Christine was stalking around the ship. Again. It had only worked when Christine herself had left Erik's room (and only when Raoul spoke to her over the comms), so it was a half-hearted stalk. Deck 6 was where he found Erik before, so that was where he prowled the most, hoping for a sign that Christine was near.
Days later, the search finally paid off. As he passed the stairs, he spots a figure with brown curls that he knew only too well.]
Christine?
[He rushes over, crouching down to her to make sure it really is her and not just someone who looks remarkably like her. That would be depressing to no end.]
[Christine pauses, foot landing on the final step that takes her to deck six. That voice. That voice. Her head turns toward it, eyes fluttering before settling on Raoul's approaching form.]
Raoul?
[He stops before her and looks up and her gaze drops onto his face, hand rising to touch his face. It all seemed a dream.. hazy and uncertain..]
Is this all a dream? [Her voice is soft, strained and rough. Her hand contacts his cheek and her eyes begin to well with tears.]
Raoul? [This time her voice cracks and she flings herself forward, arms encircling his neck as she clings desperately to him.] Oh, God, forgive me .. please, please forgive me.. [She felt foolish and horrid. Once again, she had put him through terrible grief.]

God, she seems so frail. Raoul takes her hand and helps it along, holding it gently against his cheek. He doesn't answer her question, but it looks like he doesn't need to. She latches onto him, and he holds her tight.
"It's alright... it's not your fault."
There's a hint of falsehood there, but it's mostly true. Afterall, Christine told him that the Phantom could take her against her will, and Raoul had seen Erik do it before his own eyes. He knew it was a terrible idea, but Christine had wanted to sing that music so badly... Never again. No matter what she said, what Erik said, what anyone said, Raoul would never let him near her again.
They stay there for a little while, but then Raoul moves to get to his feet. "We need to go." Who knows where Erik is or when he'll get back, so the sooner they get out of sight and behind a locked door, the better.

Christine just hangs to his neck, taking comfort in the warmth of his body and the sheer closeness. His words move over her and she tightens her grip, uncertain if she can really shed the blame so easily. She had been the one that had assured Raoul that everything would be fine and she'd been taken once more by her Angel. It had been as if there was no effort involved in the least and it made her feel very weak and very fragile
