Billy's not terribly fond of hanging out with other people either, so checking things out later in the day or at night is when he goes down to the racing deck. It kind of sucks because his other haunt, deck 15, tends to be relatively popular, considering it's a cave.

Hearing the "Oh no fair" from the stairs, he immediately moves against the wall, then moves over to the doorway to see who's there.

Roll was completely unaware of Billy's presence, she's gotten used to ignore people behind her what with her 'stalker' aka Protoman around. So the barely five foot, blonde haired robot girl is more focused on scowling at the very empty deck 20.

"Oh come on, there was a race track here and everything!" She shouts at nothing, still not noticing the panel as she stomped, her foot steps much heavier sounding then they should for her size, towards the middle of the deck. "Stupid ship."

Well, she doesn't look terribly threatening. He decides to at least alert Roll to his presence. If worst comes to worst, he'll be right next to the stairs for a quick escape.

"Y'can turn the track on with that panel over there."

Billy's not terribly threatening either. He clocks in at around 5'3'' himself and he speaks with a southern accent.

She does jump a little at hearing Billy, out of surprise of course. As she turns to face him, since his voice isn't one she's heard before. But hey, he looks harmless and he's not Erol so it should be fine.

"Oh." Roll now feels a bit dumb at having to have something so obvious pointed out to her as she moves towards the panel.

"Um, you like racing then, mister?" No awkward silences, at least she's going to try to make sure there aren't any.
