I think I need not tell you what he seems to be seeking? Even the bloody Ministry appears to be accurate in this case.

Thank you for your condolensces, Severus. Please accept my apology for the somewhat late reply, but I was in the garden most of the afternoon and early evening. I just had to do something outside of the house.

I've be assigned an auror... Broderick Nevin.. Only been with the aurory two years.

Not only am I a registered witch but I have a 24 hour ministry guard as well now.

He's just, quiet, Charlie.

He's so distant it scares me. He never seems at home anymore; he's always somewhere else, emotionally, that is.

Maybe I'm simply being paranoid, and we're all distressed right now, but it's not, just, right now. It's been, awhile.

I don't know, Charlie. You know him best.

He just doesn't seem himself. Not since the war ended.

Thank you, Seamus. The well wishes are, indeed, appreciated.

I will be sure to think before acting in the future. In hindsight spending the afternoon and evening in the garden probably wasn't wise. I just had to do something to stop thinking about Gabrielle, and Amorelle, and...

Please give Luna a hello for me, and be sure she is taking precautions. I know her family lives near Ottery St. Catchpole as well.

Fleur? Mon Amie? Is there anything I can do? I cannot keep you company today. But you will be at the school tomorrow for the meeting? I know Bill's working so much lately. If you are nervous staying at the house alone, I will be happy to come and keep you company. I will be happy to come even if Bill is at home. How is he holding up? I have not had a chance to speak with him in a long time.

Yes, Bill and I will both be at the meeting. They've assigned an auror to me, Broderick Nevin, a young bloke. Only been with the aurory two years or so, but he has to stay with us 24/7 so I should be well protected. Not that I will complain if you'd like to spend some time at the cottage. I don't think Bill will like this young man following my person all day without proper company.

I'm scared, Remus.

Perhaps we should have a chat soon.

Some young greenhorn Auror is hardly my idea of adequate protection. Are you each being given a Ministry shadow, or one for the two of you? I may just have to make myself a frequent visitor at least until the term starts. They've assigned an Auror to our house as well. But only one. I suppose he'll stay at the house. Seven of us, one of him. Who would he follow?

I will see you tomorrow for certain. The offer for you and Bill to come here for lunch and conversation is still open, as well.

I know you're scared, mon amie. It's all right to be scared. Your husband loves and will protect you and I will do everything in my power to keep you and your family from harm. I promise you that.

We have each been assigned our own auror, and Bill is talking about taking some time off work, or atleast cutting his hours back. I would feel much better with him home with me.

Oui, tomorrow, we will have to set something up. I know it is still soon after the new moon for you, and with Bill's work schedule time is tough to come by, but I do want to see you and the pack soon.

We'll be seeing a lot of each other once the term starts; I'll be working under Flitwick.
