My sister just got back from NY, she was visiting our younger sister. 
When I was in the airport waiting for her, I remembered the day when I went to Rio to meet Gerry. *dreamy sighs*
And my dad's knees is not good, he is doing physiotherapy now.

My sister is reading Twilight. Actually she already finished the first book and is reading the second one. She was introduced to this book by me.

I loved Twilight and have read all four books. Even a person who doesn't like vampire stories would like these books because it isn't a typical vampire story. It's much better.

I just posted a magazine article about Twilight in my latest LJ entry and it has some updated information about the movie. I'm like your sister...I can't wait to see the movie.

It must be a really good book, the problem it's me. I'm not a big fan of vampires.=)(but I have exceptions) I might see the movie though...But I have to say that , like my sister, I don't like the guy who will play the vampire. Henry Cavill would be a better choice indeed. Yummy! =D
The guy who play the vampire in Blood Ties, too.

OHHHH...I love your icon. Gerry is fantastic in Dracula 2000. It is one of my favorite Gerry movies. Would you be willing to let me use it, too? We don't post on the same LJs, so people wouldn't realize we're both using it. I love it! Did you make it?

This is the actor I wish played Edward Cullen. His name is Garrett Hedlund. The makeup people would have to make his hair dark, but he is gorgeous. He's tall and in his early 20s.

Oh and this Garrett Hedlund is really cute!!! Yeah, he would be better. I didn't read the book, I don't know the story, but I know that a vampire is supposed to be gorgeous...so Garrett would be a better choice than this other guy. *I don't know his name*

First off: Henry Cavill is beautiful.

Aaaand Twilight... is romantic drivel. Honestly... it's rubbish. It's a fanfic, and the narrative voice is WHINY! I can't stand the books... only thinking of watching the film cos of Robert Pattinson, he's hilarious... and even he admits to hating the books. lol. Don't read it. That's an hour (yeh, simple reading...) of your life you'll never get back.

I know people who liked the books and some people who don't.

As for the vampire guy in the Twilight movie, he's the same actor who played Cedric in HP and the Goblet of Fire. I love Robert Pattinson--what's not to like? *grins*
