I once heard that if someone has the time to complain, he has the time to fix whatever it is he is complaining about. Action is the better course to take, rather... than to simply stand aside and simply speak.
[Although Zelda does use her words, she finds that it's a different kind of speaking. She doesn't speak to complain. She speaks to obtain information and knowledge on how she can make things better for people as a collective.]

But...where I'm from, talking is action. A critical mass of discontent can spread through the net and create a standalone complex that has a goal, but no distinct source. Information creates reality.
