[Zelda expects this sort of response from the Major now. She says things that Zelda wouldn't immediately think of.]

I once heard that if someone has the time to complain, he has the time to fix whatever it is he is complaining about. Action is the better course to take, rather... than to simply stand aside and simply speak.

[Although Zelda does use her words, she finds that it's a different kind of speaking. She doesn't speak to complain. She speaks to obtain information and knowledge on how she can make things better for people as a collective.]

He may have the time, but does he have the ability? Problems are usually far larger than the individual.

[The Japan of the 21st century is no Hyrule. When Kusanagi's world raises up heroes, it only does so to cast them down again.

She herself has a global reputation, if one were to ask in the right parts of the globe, but not as a hero.]

But...where I'm from, talking is action. A critical mass of discontent can spread through the net and create a standalone complex that has a goal, but no distinct source. Information creates reality.

Well, I meant in terms of...

[Zelda pauses. She's not sure she can express herself the way she should be able to. And there's no sense in dragging along the Major while she attempts to.]

I still have so much to learn. It seems you have become a bit of a tutor for me.

I...know a lot of things you're better off not learning. My kind exists so your kind doesn't have to become like us.

[She's not talking about cyborgs.]
