You must be looking out for everyone to say such things. It is true, there are less than reputable people aboard, but... it seems wrong to judge people so harshly, even if many others do.

[Hmm, to queer Ashford's scam or not? He's Ace's, and she does like Ace...]

He's the only person aboard I'd classify as a clinical sociopath. But the tactic of superficial charm is the initial stage of any number of scams.
