Really? I think it's pretty funny, but I thought that was the point of the story.

Someone set up a syringe with blood in it so that a random stranger would sit on it and get the blood, which is probably aids blood, injected into their bodies. How is that funny? Someone's life may be over because they sat in the wrong seat at a movie theater.
