This is terrible news. I'm amused in a sort of "saw that coming" way by your tender, loving concern for your parents' cement. Very difficult to get sun-hardened blood stains out! ;)

Not amused --or surprised-- by the sheer tenacity you demonstrated. All those things you did between the initial fall and the time help arrived.... they don't come much tougher than you.

My wife asked me to water the plants this morning when she left and I did so with such extreme caution.... ;)
