I really do love your Illyria voice. You nail it when so many others really can't. I like the interaction between all of the characters as well.

I really enjoyed writing Illyria for that fic (it was the Buffy is the Hero, Damnit! ficathon). I'm glad you encouraged me to go there; she's now on the list of characters I feel more comfortable playing with. :)

“Humans have been around two million years?” Angel said bemusedly. “I thought it was more like four thousand.”
Spike looked at him pityingly. “That would be Father Murphy told you that? Serves you right for going to a Catholic school.” Spike's ribbing on Angel is priceless. HEE!
And Wesley! so casual, sending Angel to stand near the pillar because he knew Spike would follow him with the laser. Actually, all of Wesley's lines are perfect. He goes from dry to wistful to informative to sardonic on the turn of a dime.
Actually, everyone is perfect here. Angel! You captured his banter with Spike! yay!
and wow, the way Wesley gets silent. and then Illyria says she... awesome. Completely awesome. I can't believe i went from laughing out loud, to being sad, to laughing and then back ( ... )
