I only know places in Fashion Fair! Amuse the cheap-y jewelery store carries a lot as well as Pro Beauty Supply (there is one next to my store across See's on the Gottschalks end of FF and another across the food court on the Macy's Women's end.)

i just use talcum powder! for my hair, i mean. which sounds totally ghetto but it really works and it's easily the cheapest solution. i have super dark hair, and it doesn't show up, but you've got to really get it in there, and brush it all through. brushing's really important with the whole not washing hair thing also (i never brushed my hair until i stopped washing my hair) because it redistributes the oils and all that.
