I visited the beach a couple of nights ago as the sun set. My eyes appreciated the rainbow of colour that stretched across the sky at dusk and my mind thought the sandy patterns made by the waning tide were quite spectacular, yet I felt nothing

Life is a beautiful circle of death and rebirth. Some die that others may live. Their bodies are injested so that others may gain strength and energy. Those baby crabs no doubt also had their fill of those fish bodies. All things serve a purpose. It is lovely. I'm glad you had that experience.
