I saw this go up and just had to read. Wonderful, as always.

The crime-solving and the relationships insights and the developing relationship betweenJohn and Sherlock - all wonderfully constructed, articulated and intertwined. I really liked the bit about how NSY (well, Lestrade and Donovan) changed their perception, and therefore their behaviour towards, Sherlock. The part about S/J making love, and Sherlok finally recognising it, made me all shivery. And the last relevation - oh John. Don't feel guilty for doing your job. This really does get personal.

Gorgeous as always. I have never thought of resistance to romance as a dominance struggle, but it both was and wasn't here. A really unique and lovely idea.
