* I'm delighted to say it's official: I'll be giving an hour-long academic presentation on "Sherlock Holmes and Science Fiction" at Loncon 3: The 72nd World Science Fiction Convention in London this summer. I want to so much - it sounds fantastic! I'm currently wrestling with my schedule to see what I can make happen. I'll already be missing the beginning of the semester thanks to Worldcon... augh! I haven't given up, though. *fingers and toes crossed*
