Santa Fe? I'm so jealous -- it's one of my favorite road trip destinations. BTW, if you have never eaten at Maria's, DO. You can ask at any gas station, & the locals will tell you how to get there. Great New Mexican food & a whole margarita menu, at very reasonable prices. (I think I need a road trip now.)

Thanks a million for this! The conference organizers had our dinners planned (three different restaurants for the three nights - all were fantastic), but I saw Maria's and noted your recommendation. Now I need to go back and eat there! Maybe next time I'm out that way will match up with your next road trip, and we can share some margaritas! :D It's a gorgeous city.
