As this is my current reading interest, this list is SO appreciated. I had no idea how far back the trend (I guess it's a genre now, right?) went and am amazed at the variety of authors here that I know of from other genres.
The bibliography is also greatly appreciated.

Thank you for posting this. I see you even included books that are yet to come out. This is wonderful and must have taken plenty of work. The bibliography is very neat as well; thank you for including the links to the online sources. Some of those articles sound really interesting.
