Having found a spot to observe in the most unlikeliest of places (he's behind the bar, of course, pretending to serve his citizens while downing concoctions that would have a mortal on the floor by now) Nemcatacoa intends to spend his night doing the two things he does best; drinking, and creating chaos.
He suspects that not everyone here will appreciate his sense of humor, but that some will be grateful to him. Connections will be made. Conversations will be shared. Passions will ignite. And he will watch it all, as only a bystander to his own creation. It's interesting, in his opinion, to see what these people will do with free will. Many of them are new, hopeful individuals, searching for something better than what they were taken away from.
And they're just gullible enough to give this a shot.
A quick glance to the busy hostess desk confirms his thought, while Nemcatacoa glances around, making sure everyone is in their places. The lights are low, the tables have all been prepared, and the band is already playing. Nemcatacoa whistles along to the tune of the song, tempted to approach one of the new arrivals.
