Cara was carrying around the small gold object that had been given to her when she arrived. She had no clue what to do with it and, to make matters worse, it kept making sounds.

She needed to get rid of it. The sooner the better, so she was returning it to the woman that had given it to her. However, there was a man in the way.

A man who had seemed to be injured.

"Are you alright?"

"Fine." Barnes is surprisingly resilent when it comes to these sorts of things.

He gives one final tug before the stake comes free. The skin underneath puckered and healed almost instantly.

Watching him yank the object from his side, Cara studies the way it healed before her eyes and took a step back away from him. Her eyes darted from the wound to him, prepared for anything, "What sort of magic allows you to heal yourself in that manner?"
