Rose hadn't been doing too much when she received the message on her mobile. The days were for the most part quite routine, horribly so for her. After all the last time days had been routine was when she had been a shop girl. So the vague message was quite welcome.

She made her way toward the cafe.

She laughed a bit. "Oh having a small team will be easy. Torchwood El Dorado is ... me. Team of one specializing in investigating alien claims, going out to speak to them or stop them from whatever invasion plans they've started. Help them get home. There's the occasional bag-and-tag." She raised one eyebrow at Helen.

"It's a bit odd but it'll help keep the need for weapons down. Besides, we need facility supplies first."

"Mr. Wayne is interested in the ideals of the Sanctuary and has offered to merge the Sanctuary for El Dorado inside of his company, once it is up and running." She explained. "If you would like, I could try to arrange a meeting between the three of us. Perhaps Torchwood could be a benefactor of his company as well."

"But it'd still be the Sanctuary?" She sipped at her tea for a moment. "What sort of company has he got then?" She was definitely curious about this Mr Wayne, his company and what exactly Helen meant by Torchwood being a possible benefactor.

"I've been reassured it has been. I'm not entirely sure exactly what sort of company he runs... that requires a bit of digging." Helen smiled. "Care to join me?"

"Of course." She grinned. Maybe someday Helen would learn she didn't always have to ask Rose to join her for something.

"So besides this Mr Wayne and his company who else have we got?" Yes we. She definitely went from having one job to two ... that just happened to easily share major skill sets of hers.

She smiled. "I am asking another if they'd like to join. Besides here, a long time friend of mine - Dr. Watson - will be joining us. He ran my UK facility."
