I found myself singing rent and then i was like "wow i'm singing rent without thinking about her" Which is amazing considering i had written rent of as something that i wouldn't ever beable to listen to again. and then i realized that thinking about not thinking about her by extension meant i was thinking about her which confused me. so I stopped

I think your thoughts were documented just now in your LJ entry... other people are reading them. If they can be transmitted between person to person, there must be SOMEthing tangible about them. :P
