61. Justice League: The New Frontier - DTV animated adaptation of Darwyn Cooke's comic book miniseries, which was one of my favorite things of the past few years. It's essentially the origins of the Justice League, set in the Fifties and early Sixties, with more realistic cold war politics and a weirdo, Lovecraftian entity

Lots of those more recent animated films have been quite fun. I really liked Batman : under the red hood, and the recent Wonder Woman and Green Lantern.

I watched this first, then read the comics, but it was good to get me to the comics, I thought.
