Close-to-250 kids is a LOT of kids. But no obvious twerps has got to be a win.

And technology is always just biding its time, waiting until it can let you down at the worst moment. Icarus would tell you how true that is!

Don't you know it. It's functioning now, but still a bit dodgy. The tech guy just shakes his head. Who even knows.

I wouldn't be doing this job if I didn't love teens. Some teachers really don't and I have to shake my head. Why are you even here?

And seriously I have missed them all summer. I don't necessarily miss the work (grading, fah!), I really don't miss waking up at 5AM, but the kids? Absolutely I've missed them. Thing is, if they know you like them? There's nothing they won't do for you. True fax.

Glad that your kids all seem nice. Hope day two doesn't have any tech break downs.

Tech is limping back in to place, but there's always OG style. First day I did it on my collection of whiteboards. Second day I worked up to a digital projector. Third day, ta-da! lap-top was back, baby. Power-points set to go.
