They're sending me to a different hospital tomorrow to have what's left of my spleen removed. At that point they'll be taking me off the morphine - which is fine with me, because it mostly makes me sleep and itch. Though I suppose the not-hurting is a good thing too. But that shit's also really addictive so they couldn't keep me on it too long

The punctured lung doesn't count? How about adding the lung to the skull fracture - is that enough to add up to one missing vital organ? As vital organs go, I can handle losing a spleen.
