It's really just the two books by Greg Rucka*. His books are beautiful and 98% not contradicted by canon. The rest...I don't care anymore because Lucasfilm's canon keeper said the movies matter more than the books and that inconsistencies are inevitable...because there already ARE inconsistencies!
*They're also pretty short.
