This made me smile! Okay, YES my GPS has a British accent and everyone makes fun of me. (The general response is, "Oh, of COURSE!" but the American accents sound more like Cybermen than I'm prepared to deal with, so I feel completely justified!).

Anyway. YES! I like this idea a lot. Also, East Coast FTW! *Ahem* Anyway...carry on. :)

My family's GPS has a British accent also. I think Americans just listen to British people more automatically, but I admit that I never checked how Cyber the American accent sounds.

I JUST WANTED TO WRITE HAPPY ADVENTURES. And it makes perfect sense that there is some sort of handewavy mystery something going on down the East Coast. There are lots of states!

My GPS has been known to lead me off of the highway, through some random streets, into bumper-to-bumper traffic, only to get me back on the same highway. This despite my regular verbal kindness and encouragement when I'm lost.
