Yeah, that sure beats the Boston Mills/Brandywine slopes where most of my skiing has been done, I'm hugely jealous. =)

Hehe. Bear in mind that this is about 5 hours' drive from home, and expensive, so I'm not going to be back there every week. It would probably be fairer to compare it to to somewhere like Holiday Valley; and while I think Whistler still wins, the contrast is nowhere near as extreme.

I actually found myself envying Vancouver a lot when it comes to skiing. They have some resorts within half an hour's drive of downtown (my closest is an hour), and then Whistler's only two hours away. No fair!

Such a cool picture in words! I'll look at the real pictures at some point but I really like the words. It did make me remember that I love to ski, even though I haven't done it in ages.

Thanks! I'm always more convinced by my photos than my words, which is one of the reasons I take so many.
