If you wouldn't mind sparing a little of the lamb's blood for the Kashtta, I'd be happy to open it up to both supernatural and mundane first born children. I imagine there will be more than a few people uncomfortable with emotional manipulation, however minor, and I'd like to offer those people a sanctuary where they would feel comfortable.

I'm afraid Torchwood doesn't have any shapeshifters capable of helping with transportation, but I can offer our services informing the non-supernatural community of their options. I'd like to coordinate with Mr. Sterling's archangels on that front, to cover as much ground as possible.
