that's so cool that you got to see f(x)!!!! tbh they're not one of my favorites (although i rly like hot summer and chu) but i know you love them a lot and i'm so happy you got to see them!!!! :D (even if it was a bit uninspiring) i hope someday we can see a kpop concert together!

yes it was really fun!! lol i think they've done 5 stateside shows tho and i've been to 3 of them... THAT'S A LOT!! i'm not sure i want to know what that says about me. but yeah that'd be fun kpop concerts are delightful :(

didn't they do the Hollywood Bowl one year?? Wait, maybe I'm thinking of Kcon. I want to be like "they're not that high on my list" because live performances are noooooooot their strongest of suits, but like I wouldn't jump at the chance :( (I just went and checked your poll because this reminded me that I was overinvested in Jihyun's lack of votes, and wow, STILL NO ONE, what the hell!!)

I AM HERE FOR THE LUNA. And YAY you went (and like for those ppl who waited at 4pm, i would never do that.. not even for shinee sry i am too lazy) and yeah it's kind of like you expected those songs/performances but like you've literally seen them 10 times over before on youtube, so when it's performed literally you're just like ok cool. BUT OMG LUNA BEING BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON. IA ♥ I also remember in SM Town New York, when I saw Hyoyeon I was like d u d e ... some people emit so much more charisma/beauty in person than through videos. Insane.

m2m was freaking awesome, Marit!!! I like that she still performs (and hopefully gets paid to do it).

ps. if you can, upload some diego garcia? he sounds good and def my kind of music!

I KNOW RIGHT like you'd have to freaking resurrect Frank Sinatra to get me in line for a concert 9 hours before I actually saw anything. But yeah that's exactly it... it was fun but it wasn't like, a transcendent special thing?? I don't know what I was expecting. (ACTUALLY THAT'S A TOTAL LIE, it's that stupid show at Cannes that they did right when I got into them, I think I must've imprinted on it. They gave the French an English version of Topbillin' Love and a Luna cover of a Dreamgirls song and they gave us NOTHING.) BUT YES UGH SHE WAS SO GORGEOUS, yes that's exactly it!!! It's so weird how some people look exactly the same as they do in pictures/videos and some just don't come across.

Yeah she's done really well with her solo career I think! She's pretty popular in Norway.

Super scary and fascinating! One thing this book does that REALLY reminds me of SM is lift these Judy quotes she gave to fan magazines that were straight-up falsifications, like "I can't imagine getting married until I'm 24! 24 because it seems like a good long way away...". COMPLETELY untrue, and completely created (by MGM!) to mold an "image" for her. SM idol interviews are EXACTLY the same way.
