The gift certificate to the spa my baby sister got me for my last birthday was about to expire -- because uh, my next birthday is this weekend -- so I went and got a facial today and omg you guys, it was a MAGICAL EXPERIENCE. I want to live in the spa. I never thought I would like that kind of thing! But omg *____*

I mean I don't have an issue with the one regret formula, since that is the show's root and of course they can't abandon it (and I don't think they should completely!), but I think the show got SO MUCH BETTER in season 2 when they started toying with the formula and the idea of time travel therapy itself. But ugh I agree, why do they have to go there ( ... )

I love single Erica, and I loved what they did with Erica/Ethan last season -- they seemed so... endgamey in season 1 and I love that they took the risk of completely nullifying that plotline forever AND doing it in a way that demonized neither character. But yeah, I wish they wouldn't push her into a new romance so soon.

Yes it is INSANE, I bet you'll enjoy it. There was definitely going to be an American remake at some point, with Ann from Arrested Development, so that might be it? Did it actually ever air?

I haven't seen the latest episode yet, but oh my god, I LOVE BEING ERICA! Why don't more people watch this amazing show?

I need to have a spa experience at least once in my life. But I don't know how I feel about random people touching me.

I DO NOT KNOW, it is amazing. I guess it's sneaky because it's Canadian? But I love it completely. Did you see last week's?!

I didn't know either! I thought it would be really weird, and I was super tense and awkward at the beginning, but halfway through I was like "ooooooh". You should definitely try it.

DUDE, I DID NOT EXPECT TO LOVE IT THAT MUCH, but when the front desk girl was like "do you want to rebook? it's 10% off if you do it day of?" I was like "FUCK YEAH I'LL REBOOK". Who knew!

Okay I was actually really interested by those kpop results because that was not who I was expecting! Well 9 was, but I was expecting 0 or 11 to be the most popular. I don't know why though! Also 32 is super awkward looking, her styling is the worst thing ever! Do they just not bother spending time on her because she's the least popular?

Also I ... really enjoy that song in the last post. I keep going back to listen, it's so catchy. The part where 12 grabs the piece of paper out of 9's hand is so adorable! Is it a kpop thing to have random sections of the song in English btw? I kept hearing "brand new sound" in the middle and thinking I was imagining it until I realised quite a bit of the song was in English.

Sometimes it seems like that? I am honestly kind of immune to her shitty styling now, last night I linked goldenmelisande to this video of her dancing and the first thing Catherine said was "OH MY GOD WHY DO THEY HATE HYOYEON, WHAT IS THAT HAIR", and like, before she said that, I hadn't even thought about it. But it was terrible. She and 24 both don't look as "Korean", though, I think they're both gorgeous but in a more interesting way, so... I do think that's part of their lack of popularity. She's actually looked great in their most recent two music videos, though?

HAHAHAH yeaaaaaaaaah. It really is. And yeah almost every kpop song ever has the chorus/random bits in English. Sometimes their pronunciation is so terrible that you don't know until you watch it with subtitles and it's like "omg that was in ENGLISH THE WHOLE TIME!?!?!" It's rarely that bad with SNSD because two of them are American and fluent in English, though.
