THE FACTS ARE THESE: once upon a time there was this stupid, stupid little show called Enterprise. And it was absolutely terrible. So terrible, in fact, that the two creators finally said "fuck this shit" and handed it over to someone else, who made it SO MUCH BETTER. LOL YEAH considering I still haven't gotten part 1 to download. :( It got to 15% once! But I haven't had luck since.

(YEAH THIS IS LIKE THE SECOND TIME EVER, SERIOUSLY. I will probably delete it at some point but WHATEVER, IT'S NOT LIKE ANYONE ELSE IS GOING TO MAKE ONE. It figures that I'd break this barrier for freaking ENTERPRISE, lololol.)

you know, i keep hearing about how terrible this show is, and yet i still retain a spark of interest. like, until i actually see it for myself, it's hard for me to imagine that it could possibly be that bad. though i'm sure it is. but... but... scott bakulaaaaaaaaaa.

I think more than anything you'd be bored by it. It isn't exactly repugnant, it's just... mediocre with low points (there is an entire episode about the captain's dog offending aliens by peeing on a sacred tree. THAT IS NOT THE B PLOT, that is the episode). It's not that it's worse than like, I don't know, the current season of Gossip Girl-- it's just that it's bad and it's also... Star Trek. The writers did manage to make Scott Bakula uncharming though, THAT is an accomplishment.

I WOULD LIKE TO ADD that if you make good use of the skip function it is actually quite tolerable/enjoyable! Just fast forward through all the parts that have Archer or aren't Trip/T'Pol and if you get confused by the plot, look it up on wikipedia.

It is still super cheesy and like...bad sci-fi-ish either way, but this way has more kissing and less boring lame stuff.

I know absolutely nothing about Enterprise, but this is so so pretty! I love the cover art and the songs look like they fit together really well. "Animals" is so lovely.

Also, for a brief moment I thought you were using an Angelina Jolie icon and got REALLY CONFUSED. I . . . am glad I was wrong about that.

Thank you! "Animals" isssssss, oh my lord. Also, Jane, can we talk about how I have a problem where I think "Beauty of the Ride" applies to EVERY SHIP EVER? It's not that generic of a song! WHY DO I WANT TO APPLY IT TO EVERYONE AND THEIR BOYFRIEND?!? I have a problem.

Haaaaaa, looking at it I can see how it looks like that. But yeah, never gonna happen.

I can't decide how I feel about that! On the one hand it does look like her, and on the other hand I don't want people to think I like Angelina Jolie, BUT ON MY THIRD IMAGINARY HAND IT'S A REALLY PRETTY ICON. And Jolene Blalock is badass. And she went to see Scott Bakula on the Chuck set. My life: so hard.
