Reply to this post, and I will list three things I love about you. Maybe more than three. Then repost to your own journal and spread the love.

Oh, K, where can I possibly start with this?

First off, I love the way you write - the imagery and the way the sounds work together as well as the words. Your stories, regardless of fandom, are grossly underrated. They are beautiful (like your Fourth of July ficlet) and gutsy (your take on Mary's past) and full of original characters that I adore (including Amy, of course, but also the girl that you wrote specifically for my birthday). I wish more people would realize what I know.

Secondly, I love how you care so much about your family. I know that it's been hard, working a full-time job with a busy husband and two little girls, but you're the kind of mother I hope I would be - kind, supportive, dedicated, loving.

And I love you, most of all, for being a friend who pushes me. Seriously. You listen and you sympathize and instead of letting me sit around and mope, you push me to get involved and become a better person - whether it's as a writer or just in life. spn_het_love would still be sitting in my head if it wasn't for you. You were ( ... )

Hi!

I love the fact that you are very enthusiastic about things. You jumped right in with spn_het_love and haven't turned tail and run yet despite my insane OCD planning tendencies.

I am always humbled when anyone asks me to beta their fic. I love the fact that you trust me enough (which is a big issue in my life) to do so. That means a lot to me.

I also think it's awesome the way that you support your friends - not just me, but friends you have that I don't even know, like your best friend who was recently engaged. It's incredible to have someone like that in your life, who squees right along with you during all the right moments, and it's a lovely person to be.

Every time I try to reply to this, I just feel like I can't get a good reply.

I love your feedback on my fics. And by now, you've read a few of my things and so I really trust you to do that.

And supporting people around me just is who I am. I love to try to make someone's day better. Might be why I want to be a doctor...

Thanks for these. It brings tears to my eyes in a good way!

I don't know where to start here, either.

I think the most obvious place to start is how supportive you are. I'm coming out of one of the crappiest years of my life but you have always been a bright spot amidst the craziness - someone who took the time to tell me that I was worth it, which means everything to me.

I love how devoted you are to your little girl. She is awesome covered with awesome sauce - smart and beautiful and very lucky to have a mother sworn to protect her from the things that I experienced while growing up. I never had that, not really, and it makes me love you all the more because you can give that to your daughter.

I love your random funny comments to all the weird stuff I post. Seriously. I am a very silly person on lots of levels (dude, Jensen's boots) and I love having friends who come out and play with me.

*hugs*

First off, I think going to your mother when she needed you was a good and noble thing. Family is really important to me - and you knew the situation was going to be hard but you went anyway. I hoped it didn't turn out the way that it did but you genuinely tried and I love you for that. Most people would not have even made the attempt.

I love your sense of humor. Very few people would even understand my random bursts into song or me just proclaiming "Mitchell." Hell, most people wouldn't even get Mitchell.

I also love the fact that you dealt with my hourly freak-outs about starting to write again. I know you were going through some tough patches with your own work, but you edited my very first SPN story and you never once thought I was a dork when the writing bug hit. Your support has always meant a lot to me.

You're welcome :)

I don't think I could ever go back again, and to be honest, she pretty much shredded, burnt, and pissed on the final straw a few months ago. I finally got sick of her telling me I was a loser and used people just because I didn't email her back quickly enough one day. I don't mean weeks: I mean that very same day.

As for Mitchell, well, MST3k is too funny not to get :D

I do my best to be supportive. *hugs back*

And thank you. I'm sorry that I was such a poorroom mate when I was there. I always felt pretty guilty about being there.

I love how thoughtful you are about things. Seriously. The books that you read and the mythology that you study. Even your classes show a person who is open to a variety of ideas, someone who is sincere in questioning the world around her and coming up with her own answers.

Your Jo should be canon. Period. I know I always say this but that makes it no less true now than the first time I said it. You took the potential in her and turned her into the character she should have been - and you even made me believe in a Dean/Jo pairing, which is something that Kripke never, ever, did. ;-P

I absolutely adore how much music is a part of your life, how you're not afraid to let it transport you to other places. Music is, you may have guessed, one of the cornerstones of my life - and I am blessed to share that part of myself with a friend who totally gets how one song can mean the world.
