Oh, this is so very beautiful! And it jives so very exactly with my thoughts on the matter too!

Poor Frodo, losing the sense of time, and assuming Sam is busy with his life and hardly remembering him. And Sam, making his way to the Havens yet once again, and waiting. How heartbreaking it must have been for Sam, all those years, and never really knowing when, or even, if.

Just so very poignant. Thank you!
