My grandfather has been in the ICU for the last couple of days due to a bleeding ulcer which caused him to loose all of his blood (this could kill a 30 year old, and this guy is 93!)  He survived that, but they are not sure if he will decide to stay on dialysis as he has been, or go into hospice or a nursing home.  Basically he is most likely on

Yr aunt is on to to something -- but don't let her pressure you into a position you're not sure you can handle right now. Your his grandkid; you are hardly a neutral spiritual party, so him talking to a non-family chaplain is a very good thing indeed.
