Fig wine, as a step towards vinegar, is in process on my kitchen counter. I worry i added too much water: figs aren't that juicy. There are recipes for fig wine adding lots of water. In the tasting notes i'll read "it's not that figgy" and i'll wonder if it isn't mainly the added sugar and all the water that makes up most of the wine. I've also ( Read more... )
