I'm considering setting up an account for my new (original) character. I started writing a story for my Creative Writing class and want to keep it going, but knowing me, I won't. But if I have a place to develop my character (in this case, LiveJournal), then it might work. I don't know if there are any communities that are not really role play

I don't think people would know. It's not like your character IS psycho, right? <3 It's weird, and I'd suggest an RP with maybe one or two people (me~) if you wanted to develop character. You don't always have to have an RP with plot, either. There are games, and I've been part of them, that have a general guideline but you more or less just play the character in that environment.

However, I don't think putting her in communities that relate to who she is is weird. It's different, but I'm sure you're not the only one to do so.
